Yüksek Gerilim İşletme (Trafo) Sorumluluğu
Trafo Sorumlusu Nedir ?
Elektrik Yüksek Gerilim Tesisleri’nde can ve mal güvenliğini risklerinin azaltılması, ekonomik kayıpların minimize edilebilmesi için gerekli işletme çalışmalarının yürütülmesini üstlenen yetkili Elektrik Mühendislerine “Yüksek Gerilim İşletme Sorumlusu” denir.
Yüksek Gerilim İşletme sorumluluğunu hizmeti sağlayacak elektrik mühendislerinin, E.M.O.(Elektrik Mühendisleri Odası) tarafından verilen S.M.M. ‘’Elektrik Yüksek Gerilim Tesisleri İşletme Sorumluluğu’’ ve belgesine sahip olmaları gerekmektedir.
PF Endüstri, Elektrik Kuvvetli Akım Tesisleri Yönetmeliği’ne uygun olarak, işletmenizde “yüksek gerilim işletme sorumluluğu” ve bakım hizmetlerini üstlenmektedir. Bu hizmetler dahilinde, resmi kurum ve kuruluşlarda sizler ve şirketiniz tarafımızca temsil edebilmektedir. Bu hizmetler YG işletme sorumluluğu ve halk arasında Trafo İşletme Sorumluluğu adı altında alanında uzman Elektrik Mühendislerimiz tarafından sağlanmaktadır. Trafo İşletme Sorumluluğu üstlenilen tesislerde her ay periyodik kontroller yapılarak, trafoların çalışır vaziyette olmasını ve güvende kalması sağlanmaktadır.
Trafo işletme sorumluluğu üstlenilen tesislerde periyodik trafo ve kesici bakımlarının yapılması da PF Endüstri tarafından sağlanan hizmetler arasındadır. Trafo bakım işlemleri, değerli müşterilerimizin ihtiyaçlarına uygun doğrultuda haftaiçi ya da haftasonu yapılabilmektedir.
YG işletme sorumluluğu PF Endüstri tarafından sağlanan tesislerde, paratoner ölçümü, topraklama ölçümü, elektrik iç tesisat denetimi ve raporlanması hizmetleri de gerçekleştirilmektedir.
Yüksek Gerilim İşletme Sorumluluğu Nasıl Yapılır?
Yüksek Gerilim İşletme Sorumlusu / Trafo İşletme Sorumlusu, görevini üstlenmesine müteakip ilgili yüksek gerilim tesislerini denetlemeli, bu tesislerin günün şartlarına uygunluğunu işletme yönünden eksiklerini ve kusurlarını işletme sahibine rapor olarak sunmalıdır. İşletmede bulunan belirlenmiş personele yaşanabilecek bir problem karşısında yanlış bir manevraya sebep vermeyecek şekilde eğitim vermeli ve gerekli önlemleri almalıdır. Trafo İşletme Sorumlusu ilgili yüksek gerilim tesislerinin tek hat şemasını hazırlamalı yüksek gerilim hücrelerinin yer aldığı bölüme asılmasını sağlamalıdır. Acil durumlar için Manevra Yönergeleri hazırlamalı ve işletme personeline imza karşılığında vermelidir.
Yüksek Gerilim İşletme Sorumluluğu Neden Yapılır?
1 kV’un üzerinde gerilimi bulunan tüm tesisler; doğru kurulmadığında ve doğru işletilmediğinde can ve mal güvenliği açısından büyük risk taşırlar. Bu nedenle; Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı ve Elektrik Mühendisleri Odası (EMO), oluşabilecek riskleri en aza indirmek ve tesis güvenliğini sağlamak için bazı yasal düzenlemeler yapmışlardır. PF Endüstri tarafından sağlanan tüm hizmetler, ilgili yasa ve yönetmeliklere uygun şekilde gerçekleştirilmektedir. Aşağıdaki linki kullanarak Yüksek gerilim tesisleri işletme sorumluluğu yönetmeliğine erişim sağlayabilirsiniz .
1 kV’un üstündeki yüksek gerilim tesislerinin işletme sorumluluğu hizmetini sağlayan elektrik mühendislerinin yetki ve yükümlülükleri, Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı’nca yürürlüğe konulan 30.11.2000 tarihli ve 24246 sayılı Resmî Gazete‘de yayımlanan Elektrik Kuvvetli Akım Tesisleri Yönetmeliği’nde belirtilmiştir.
Bu yönetmelik, 6235 sayılı Türk Mühendis ve Mimar Odaları Birliği kanunun hükümlerine dayandırılarak yasal ve zorunlu hale getirilmiştir.
