Elektrik İç Tesisat Denetlemesi, Uygunluk Kontrolü ve Raporlanması

Elektrik Tesisatının Periyodik Kontrolü Neden Gerekir?

Tüm tesis ve işletmelerde elektrik iç tesisatının kontrolü ve elektrik tesisat uygunluk belgesi, 25.04.2013 tarih ve 28628 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayınlanarak yürürlüğe giren İş Ekipmanlarının Kullanımında Sağlık ve Güvenlik Şartları Yönetmeliği kapsamında zorunlu hale getirilmiştir.

17.07.2013 tarih ve 28710 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayınlanarak yürürlüğe giren İşyeri Bina ve Eklentilerinde Alınacak Sağlık ve Güvenlik Önlemlerine İlişkin Yönetmelik kapsamında, elektrik tesisatının periyodik kontrolünün gerçekleştirilmesi ve kayıtlarının tutulması gerekmektedir. (Ek-1 İşyeri Bina Ve Eklentilerinde Uygulanacak Asgari Sağlık ve Güvenlik Şartları)

Elektrik tesisatın kontrolü, dinamik yük yapısı içerisinde tehlike teşkil edebilecek, sorunlu veya eksik tesisin tespiti açısından önemlidir. Bu sayede olası kaza ve yangınların önüne geçilecektir. PF Endüstri‘nin alanında uzman Elektrik Mühendis kadrosu tarafından yapılan elektrik iç tesisat ölçüm ve kontrolleri, cihazların ve tesisatların neden olabileceği iş kazaları riskini azaltmaya, önlenmeye ve iş güvenliğinin sağlanmasına yardımcı olmaktadır.

PF Endüstri, 6331 sayılı “İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu” uyarınca çıkarılan ve 25.04.2013 tarih ve 28628 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren “İş Ekipmanlarının Kullanımında Sağlık ve Güvenlik Şartları Yönetmeliğine” göre, teknik hizmetlerinin güvenirliliğini ve yeterliliğini onaylatmak ve kurumsallaştırmak amacıyla, işletmenizde bulunan tüm elektrik iç tesisat kontrolleri ve diğer elektriksel ölçümlerin yıllık periyodik kontrollerini TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 standardına uygun bir şekilde gerçekleştirmektedir.

Elektrik Tesisat Uygunluk Kontrolü ve Raporları

Elektrik iç tesisatının kontrolü Elektrik Mühendisleri Odası(EMO) tarafından yetkilendirilmiş Elektrik Mühendisleri tarafından yapılmakta ve elektrik tesisatının uygunluğuna yönelik kontrol raporları hazırlanmaktadır.
Elektrik iç tesisatı periyodik kontrol raporları ilgili iş sağlığı ve güvenliği mevzuatlarına uygun olarak hazırlanmaktadır. Elektrik iç tesisatı periyodik kontrol raporlarımız, Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı denetçileri tarafından gerçekleştirilen iş güvenliği denetimlerinde geçerli raporlardır.
PF Endüstri tarafından gerçekleştirilen elektrik periyodik kontrolü neticesinde verilen Elektrik İç Tesisatı Uygunluk Raporları 1 (bir) yıl geçerliliğe sahiptir ve başta İzmir, Manisa, Aydın illeri ve Ege Bölgesi olmak üzere tüm Türkiye için sağlanan bu rapor TSE dahil tüm kurumlarda geçerli olacaktır.

Elektrik periyodik kontrolü yapılırken iş sağlığı ve güvenliği bakımından aşağıdaki noktaların kontrolleri gerçekleştirilmektedir:

Makine ve ekipman elektrik hatları
Jeneratör, Kompresör, Hidrofor Pompaları vb. statik noktalar
Ana Dağıtım Panosu ve Tali Panolar
Prizler
Paratoner ve Yıldırımdan Korunma tesisleri

Ölçüm ve Raporlama kapsamında verdiğimiz hizmetler;

Paratoner ölçümü, tesisat kontrolü, ve raporlanması

Paratoner topraklama ölçümü, paratoner topraklama raporu, koruma borusu kontrolleri, indirme iletkenleri kontrolleri, muayene klemensi kontrolleri, çatı üstü kontrollerini içeren işlemlerin İSG mevzuat kriterlerine uygun olarak kalibrasyonlu ölçüm cihazları kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmesidir. Paratonerlerin topraklama direnç değerlerinin ölçümleri ile ilgili yönetmelikte belirtildiği üzere yılda 1 kere olmak şartıyla periyodik(yıllık) olarak ölçülüp raporlanması gerekir.

Elektrik tesisatı kontrol raporu hazırlanması için; tesiste bulunan tüm dağıtım, tali, aydınlatma panoları, enerji kablo tavaları, tüm makine ve motorlar, anahtar ve prizler, priz kombinasyon kutuları, aydınlatma armatürleri, tesiste yapılmış diğer ölçüm raporları olmak üzere tesisin genel itibariyle tüm elektrik tesisatı periyodik kontrolü yapılır. Elektrik iç tesisat raporu elektrik tesisatının düzgünlüğünü belirten bir rapor olup İş Güvenliği ve İlgili yönetmeliklerde belirtildiği üzere periyodik olarak yılda 1 kere yapılması zorunludur. Uygunsuzluk saptanmayan tesislere, tesisat uygunluk raporu (Elektrik tesisatı uygunluk belgesi) verilir.
